今日も元気に雄叫びあげてます。
たばこが三時間ほどで無くなってしまう万年ブラインドの環境劣悪なくそ狭
い部屋では観葉植物が３日でかれてしまいます。
そんな部屋でひさしぶりに自炊。
つくれるものはRelaxでも書いたけど炒飯ぐらいしか作れない。
ほんまに食材が余るのがうっとうしいんです。
自炊できる気分なんていつくるかわからないのに環境劣悪なくそ狭い部屋に
食材を余らせるなんてくっさいんです。
何年か前の夏、実家に半月ほど帰っててはじめて長期家をあけた事があって、
帰ったら電気を止められてて冷凍庫のステーキ用の肉やハンバーグがジェル
状だったことがあるんですけど、ドア開けた瞬間の空気の重度が違いました
から。誰か死んでるとおもったもん。
それがたぶんトラウマで食材を残さないようになったんだとおもう。だから
うちの冷蔵庫内にはペットボトルのお茶とコーヒーとジュース、アイスノン
やシップ、ファミカセのアーバンチャンピオン？くらいしかはいっていない
（半物置き）。だから僕が飯をつくるっていうと雨がふるんだって。
炒飯って外で食べるとよく油ギトギトなん出てくるけどあんなん信じられな
いんすよ、そんなに油いるんか？って話なんよ。もちろんラード使って市販
の調味料っていうより業者の調味料つかってて中華って感じなんだろうけど
いまいちそこが納得いかん。ハウスの炒飯の素にはごはんがパラッとふっく
ら仕上がる成分がはいっているから、最初にフライパンを拭くくらいの油で
卵がフライパンにくっつかなければ余裕でぱらぱらに仕上がる。科学の魔法。
なのによ、ごはん固まってたり油のスープ炒飯みたいのがでてくるとイラッ
とくるわけよ。一回、炊けてない米の芯のこったやつを出されたことあって
文句いってみたらそんなもんですっていうから喰ってみろって食わせたこと
があって。食ってみたら誰でも気付くわけよ己の不甲斐なさが。
だからね、言ってみた方がいいとおもうんだよ納得できないことは。飯に限
らず。お前こそそれで飯食ってるんだろってところですよ。おもしろくなけ
ればやめればいいんだよ向いてない。よくいるでしょ不機嫌な頑固料理屋。
嫁と二人とかのパターンで嫁に旦那がめちゃ切れながら野菜切ったりして、
食えるもんなら喰ってみろ的な。あんたがやりはじめた店なんでしょ僕は客
としてただ食べにきてるだけやのにすでにまずいわって雰囲気の。だれも飯
屋やってくれって言っていないのにだよ。やめちまえ、向いてねーんだって
あとよくあるのがライブで行った箱のP.A.さんがめちゃくちゃ喧嘩腰って
のがよくあるけど、なんで？今日これからお客さん共々もりあがって良い音
楽祭にしたいってところでどうしてテンションさげるかなぁ。とかね
僕は基本的にそれがやりたくてやっていると思ってるもんでまさかイヤイヤ
やっているなんて思っているわけもなくて、もしもイヤイヤやっているんで
あれば絶対にその世界で一番にはなれないから。NO.1にならなくてもいいや
って人もせめて楽しみたいとおもうでしょ。仕事を
とかっていうと甘いよお前!なんていわれるんだろうけど...。そうなんだけどなぁ

どうせやるなら、楽しくやろーよ！って気持ち。
仕事としてやるなら、プロとしての最低限のプライドもとーよ！って感じ。
わかっちゃいるけど、そのあたり悩みすぎて、ニートです。
理想と現実ってムズガシイネ。
